Yes! All of our desserts are made on site in our bakery! Family recipes that have been preserved and perfected over time.
Some of us were born in Hawaii, some of us not! Some of us have parents that were born and raised in the islands, but we were raised here. However, we consider Hawaii home too! 

Most of us have Hawaiian/Polynesian roots... and for the few that do not, they're Hanai...adopted by us!

Please refrigerate all cakes and pies until close to presentation/serving.
When purchasing whole cakes, most of our cakes are good for 7 days as long as kept boxed and refrigerated (Pineapple Upside down - 3 days).

Our pies have 3-7 days, depending on the pie - please ask if you don't think you will serve it right away.
Due to the fresh strawberries, our Guava Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie has 3 days, however it's always best 1st day or 2nd day!

During the Pandemic, we changed our business structure...so we no longer offer tier'd cakes (stacked or pillar'd).
However, we do offer our cakes from our regular menu. They can be frosted all-white on the outside with whipped cream for a more traditional wedding cake look OR frosted as we normally do with all our vibrant colors!

For a more formal presentation, 6" and 9" round cakes can be placed on different height cake stands (not available through us).

Yes! We do have the option to add Edible Images to our cakes as long as we have copyright permissions! (personal images and images that we can download through Decopac.com)

The Edible Image sheets can only be added to our Whipped topping or Chantilly icing. 6" & 9" round, along with the 1/4 sheet size cakes will need to be frosted all white with our whipping topping (again, Chantilly icing ok for the Chantilly cake).
For the 1/2 sheet and Full sheet sizes, we can still add the sauces on top, just not where the image has to lay.

For sheet cakes...the largest Edible Image we can print, depending on the format of the image sent is 8.5"x11". This is almost the size of a 1/4 sheet.

Cost per Edible image is $12.00.
